These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website paxneo.net and the online courses, materials, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Paxneo LLC ("Paxneo," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a course, accessing course materials, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Paxneo LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N. Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We provide practical, project-based online training on using AI tools for business, marketing, content creation, automation, and productivity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a course. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Courses and enrollment

Our courses are 100% digital products. To enroll, you submit your name and email through our enrollment form. After you submit an order, we will email you payment instructions. Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are displayed on the website and may be shown in US Dollars (USD) or a local-currency equivalent for reference. The USD price is the definitive price unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional or introductory pricing is available for a limited time and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time your order is confirmed applies to that order.
• You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges associated with your payment.

5. Delivery and access

After your payment is confirmed, we grant course access to the email address you enrolled with, typically by sharing a Google Drive folder containing the course videos, templates, and resources. Please enroll with an email address you actively use. Where offered, "lifetime access" means access for as long as Paxneo continues to operate the relevant course, and does not create a perpetual obligation beyond the reasonable operating life of the Services.

6. License and intellectual property

All course content — including videos, text, templates, prompts, code, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Paxneo LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning and business use.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share, publicly post, or redistribute the course materials or your access credentials to any other person. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, sharing access with others, using the content to create a competing course, or engaging in any unlawful activity in connection with the Services.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Educational disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we share practical methods and real examples, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or productivity outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxneo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party tools referenced in the courses will remain available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxneo LLC and its members and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

15. Language

These Terms are provided in English and Vietnamese. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version prevails.
