Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital courses purchased from Paxneo LLC ("Paxneo," "we," "us," or "our") through paxneo.net. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. How to request a refund

Email support@paxneo.net from the email address you enrolled with, within 14 days of your enrollment being confirmed. Please include your name and the course name. We will approve your refund — no reason required.

2. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed. Once approved, we will process it promptly; the time for funds to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider. Any bank or currency-conversion fees are not refundable by us. Upon refund, your access to the course will be revoked.

3. Trouble with access?

If you have any trouble accessing your course, please contact us at support@paxneo.net — most issues can be resolved quickly, and we want you to get the full value of your purchase.

4. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.

5. Language

This policy is provided in English and Vietnamese. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version prevails.
