MemCredit – Support

MemCredit tells you which credit card to use today for the longest interest-free period, and reminds you before each payment is due.

Adding a card

Open the Cards tab, tap "Add card", and enter the monthly statement day and how your bank sets the due date (a number of days after the statement, or a fixed day of the month). Faster: tap "Import statement PDF" and the app reads the dates and can create the card from the statement.

Importing a statement PDF

Pick the file from the Files app, or open the Mail attachment and choose MemCredit from the share sheet. If the file has a password the app asks for it, and you can let the app remember it on this device. Always check the dates the app read before saving.

Not getting reminders

• Check that iPhone Settings → Notifications → MemCredit is turned on.
• Open the app at least every few months: iOS limits how many reminders can be scheduled ahead, so the app re-plans them each time it opens.
• Periods marked "Paid" are no longer reminded.

Deleting your data

All data lives only on your iPhone. Delete cards in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. Saved PDF passwords are removed in the app's Settings. See the Privacy Policy.

Please note

MemCredit is a reminder and estimation tool. Banks may post transactions late or move due dates; the due date printed on your bank's statement is always the authoritative one.
